Introducing our Fedex Paper Mailer Bag Making Machine, expertly designed to create durable mailer bags using water and hot melt adhesive in Kraft, Inline Bubble, Honeycomb or Corrugated.

Our bag making method involves inserting three rolls of kraft paper into the release frame with the middle layer used for bubble wrap or other material of choice. The bubble paper is first fixed with fixed-point spray glue, then pressed vertically and horizontally, and sprayed glue horizontally for the second time. Our state-of-the-art machines then expertly fold, seal and cut the paper into perfect padded bags, perfect for safe and secure delivery.

With advanced motion control technology, our machines handle every process from material unwinding to cutting and forming, all movements are controlled by computer.
