1. Honeycomb Postal Envelope Converting Line is specially designed to make mail bags using kraft paper, in-line air bubble paper, honeycomb paper or corrugated paper glued together with water and hot glue.
2. The bag making process includes putting three rolls of kraft paper into the release frame. The middle layer of kraft paper is located between two release frames and is used for pressing air bubble paper, honeycomb paper or corrugated paper. The layers are spliced together with fixed-point spray glue, and then pressed vertically and horizontally. The bags are then folded and heat-press sealed before being cut into eco-cushion bags suitable for express delivery.
3. This machine adopts advanced motion control technology, which can precisely control the unwinding, cutting and forming of materials. The produced paper bag is flat and environmentally friendly, and the seal is firm and reliable. This machine is user-friendly and easy to operate, and it is a high-quality bag-making equipment.
